This demo covers external sharing, migration and group admin. This is the real Geeplo console running on fictional data. Audit external sharing with ShareGuard, run a tenant migration with the Transfer Tool, and approve dynamic group changes through the Approval Gate. Nothing here touches a real Workspace: no sign-in and no Google APIs. We count which steps you reach, never what you type or click on. The sample resets when you reload.

Actions here finish instantly. On a real Workspace, large jobs take longer.

External sharing

In this demo

See every file shared outside northwind.example, who can open it, and which domains you trust. Remove outside sharing in bulk, and schedule cleanups where owners act first.

Migration

In this demo

Move Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Keep Notes, Groups and Shared Drives from northwind-old.example to northwind.example. Users are auto-mapped and missing accounts are flagged before you start. One task dead-letters; fix the cause and retry.

Group admin

In this demo

Build a dynamic membership rule, preview exactly who matches, and run a sync that proposes every add and remove to the Approval Gate instead of touching Google. Watch the safety stop abort a mass removal.

The guided tours

Each area has its own tour. Start one from the card in the corner, or follow the steps below on your own. A tour step completes when you have really done the thing; Next skips a step.

External sharing

  1. Drill contractor-zone.example to list the 5 files shared with it.
  2. Add partner.example. Its shares are marked Trusted domain and left out of removal from the next sync.
  3. Select q4-forecast-2026.xlsx, vendor-pricing-q4.pdf and board-deck-draft.pptx, and remove their external sharings, then read the outcome in the audit log.
  4. Create a Weekly cleanup with a 7-day deadline, run it, then see the run in the audit log.

Migration

  1. Pick what you are migrating, then set northwind-old.example as source and northwind.example as destination, and watch the checks land green.
  2. Run Auto-map: the two users without destination accounts are flagged, not created, and one is suspended.
  3. Delta mode is on by default. Review that the batch runs as per-user tasks, and create the migration.
  4. Start All, read the Dead Letter task's cause, fix it and press Retry Failed: finished items are skipped, then read the report and its CSVs.

Group admin

  1. Build the rule: Department Equals Engineering AND City/Locality Equals Madrid.
  2. Preview the matching users: two would be added and one removed, and the suspended user is excluded. Save the rule.
  3. Run Sync, see the three proposed changes in the Approval Gate rather than in Google, approve them, and read the result in the admin log.
