- Every file, with who can open it. ShareGuard inventories each person's My Drive and every Shared Drive.
- Internal, trusted or external. Domains you trust, like your auditor, never count as risk.
- Follow one domain to every file. See what an outside company can open, and who shared it with them.
- Revoke on a schedule. Set a rule once. It runs weekly and revokes through the Google API.
- Stale shares, closed in one pass. Shares older than 90 days are revoked. Recent and trusted ones stay open.
- Pick everything that moves. Twelve migration types in one wizard: My Drives, Shared Drives, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Keep, Groups, Chat and more.
- Users come across too. Accounts are auto-mapped to the new domain and validated. Anyone missing is created during the migration.
- Copy a Shared Drive, or move it. A copy leaves the source intact; a move takes the files with it. Sharing is re-mapped to the new domain either way.
- One batch, every task tracked. Review, create the migration, and each part runs as its own task: mail, calendars, contacts, notes, groups and drives.
02Transfer Tool
Tenant-to-tenant migration: move a whole tenant, users and all.
When companies merge or split, the Transfer Tool copies or moves Shared Drives and My Drives, and brings users, groups, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts and Keep to the new Google Workspace tenant.

What Geeplo can reach in your Workspace, and what happens before anything moves.
-
Access you can revoke
Geeplo connects through Google's OAuth consent flow and asks only for the scopes the features you turn on need. Revoke it any time in the Admin console. See exactly what access Geeplo requests
-
Checked before anything moves
Every migration runs a preflight, then the transfer, then cleanup. A failure that won't clear goes to a queue you can replay.
-
Tested before every release
59 end-to-end specs walk the real interface, and drive test suites cover ShareGuard, before each release ships.
Questions admins ask first.
Anything else, ask on the demo call or at [email protected].
What access does Geeplo need to our Google Workspace?
Geeplo connects through Google's OAuth consent flow and asks only for the scopes the features you turn on need. The Transfer Tool also works through domain-wide delegation on the tenants it connects, and checks that delegation before a migration starts. You can revoke access at any time in the Admin console, under Security > API controls > App access control.
Does copying a Shared Drive change the source?
No. Shared Drive Copy and My Drive Copy leave the source intact, and a re-run copies only what changed, or overwrites if you choose. Shared Drive Move and My Drive Bridge are marked destructive in the wizard: the files leave the source.
What carries over with the data?
Copies rebuild the folder structure at the destination and re-map sharing on files and folders to the new domain. Gmail keeps each message's original date, and labels are recreated by name.
Do users need accounts in the new tenant first?
No. Users are mapped to the new domain automatically and validated. Turn on “Create missing users” and any account that doesn’t exist yet is created as part of the migration.
What if a migration fails halfway?
A retry resumes from the last checkpoint, without copying finished files again or duplicating folders. A failure that won’t clear goes to a dead-letter queue, where it can be replayed once the cause is fixed.
Which data can the Transfer Tool move?
My Drives (copy, or move through a bridge drive), Shared Drives (copy or move), Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Keep, Google Groups, Google Chat spaces, and calendar resources such as buildings and rooms. Shared Gemini Gems can be handed over within one domain; private Gems are not covered.
Is Geeplo SOC 2 or ISO certified?
Not today. We make no certification claims until an audit actually exists. Until then, what you can hold us to: Geeplo connects through Google's OAuth consent flow, asks only for the scopes the features you turn on need, and access can be revoked at any time in the Admin console.
